If you need to change some of your personal information that you used to sign up to Glimpse with, it is a simple process.
Your phone number is always hidden. You may change your phone number at any time you wish but be sure to use a correct mobile number to receive notifications. Some notifications you may see are from getting tips, Glimpse requests or someone sponsoring you.
Glimpse uses hashtags to help users in finding your site, so be sure you use the correct hashtags that reflect things about you. Put as many as you like in the "Tag" box, it will make you easier to find!
This article will discuss and show you how to make the changes you desire. Follow the below steps to make changes;
Step 1: Go to the top right of the screen and click on your Profile picture

Step 2: Click the "User Settings" button
Step 3: Click the "Profile Details" button
Step 4: Choose the field(s) you would like to edit
Step 6: Press "Update"
If you are using the mobile version of Glimpse, this menu also gives you access to change you profile image as well as change you cover picture.
Fields Available for Editing
First and Last Name:
Your name does not show up in the Glimpse search, only your profile name will show if you allow it.
Birth Date:
Self explanatory we think.
Phone Number:
Glimpse uses this for notifications of activities on users that you are glimpse "friends" with and to let you know of any requests or transaction on your account. Your phone number is always hidden. You may change it at any time you wish but be sure to use the correct number.
About me:
A little something about yourself to give users a little more information about you, It's an optional, your choice up to 1000 characters.
Tags:
Tags are used as information that will help people find your Glimpse site.
Your Location:
If you want people to know where you are located you can enter it here by choosing a location or entering a ZIP code.
